I'm trying to determine a problem that I currently have with a my 2007 4X4 Frontier that seems to be electronic caused.   This is the second time this has occurred within a week.  With no warning my truck wouldn't start.  I started the truck by removing the starter relay and jumping it directly from the battery with the ignition key in the on position.  Truck started fine with normal idle.  The next problem was realized with driving forward in the normal drive "D" gear position.  The truck would barely move. The over-drive light on the dash flickers.  Seems like driving slow due to very little torque applied to the transmission.    I think there is an electronic relay/switch that needs to be replaced.

Anyone even had and resolved thee problems?

My Advice is to Download a Copy of The Genuine Nissan
Service Manual "IF" You are able to Follow the
TroubleShooting Procedure's. You can Google to Find a
Free Download.

Or Take it To Nissan and Talk with The Service Manager. I
Would want their Best Master Tech to Try and Figure Out
What the Problem is. Might be something Simple and Cheap
or It Might be something expensive.

Keep us updated..
