I'm guessing that Your Gen 3 Seat's have the Height
Adjustment. Just Guessing.
My '13 SV Gen 2, doesn't have any adjustment on the Seat
Bottom.
The back on mine will adjust forward or backward.
Lucky for me though, as The Seat's on my '13 are comfortable
for me.
Google '22 Nissan Frontier Gen 3 Seat Adjustment's might give
you more info.
Maybe somebody will come along and have more info on '22
Frontier Seat Adjustment's.
