c0mpressor kicks on,clutch engages,freon charge is good.still no cold air.

Did you hook up manifold gauges? The pressure readings should be able to
tell you whats wrong!

I dont have gauges,but had it checked at a shop that did.The guy said that all he could figure was that the guts inside the compressor may not be turning.

Hard to tell without gauges, but with the compressor running, feel the line
coming out of the compressor it should be hot, and the bigger line by the
accumulator should be cold. I am not sure if it has a electronic orfice valve
(frontierguy will know) they can get stuck, if it has a "normal style orfice" it
could be clogged!

Same problem here, 2006 Frontier Crew Cab. When I turn the AC on 1 it does not blow but AC and Recirc are activated. However, 2-4 do not turn AC on at all and in fact 2 does not engage fan at all as well as Recirc is off.  I just charged the line with r134 and still nothing!
