I just got a Frontier XE 06, I want to change ehe oe wheels
and get a KMC's, the only size available in 6 holes is this
6X139 offset -6
Will they fit on the truck?

The wheel pattern is 6 on 4.5 BUT that's not the fit problem. The problem is CALIPER CLEARANCE not lug pattern. Check for caliper clearance.

Nope, you'll need a 6x114.3 (6x4.5) This is the biggest
problem we've run into with our Xterra. The wife really
likes the Moto Metal skull but they don't make those in our
pattern.
Also Front11 has a point, the calipers are pretty large so
you'll have to check to see if the rims will clear. It's
not so much the diameter, as 16" will clear, but it's the
spokes clearing the sides of it.
A low offset will help in this regard.
