Well that sounds really good... as long as the wheels are
spinning at the same RPM as the tires...

It is possible the linkage between the throttle body and
the accelerator peddle is different. This could cause a
quicker response time or more power than at the old peddle
setting.
If the mass flow sensor in in the throttle body that could
also make it act different.
Is the new throttle body a genuine new Nissan part?

Have a cool one or a six pack.. Don S..

It can still be the belts making the noise. The belts
can get hardened with age and the contact surfaces of the
pulleys can get polished smooth so the belts can slip and
make the noise.
You can try sanding both surfaces with 3M wet or dry #400
sand paper. They make a spray to stop the noise but I
once heard something bad about it and forgot what it was.
I got grease in my hair and every thing slips my mind…

Good Luck.. Don S..

A good thing for noisy belts is to put a few dabs of SILICONE GREASE (not petroleum grease) on the ribbed or drive side of the belt.  If the squeak persists, it is not the belts.  This trick will cure even the most stubborn belt noises, even on new belts.
