I have a 08 frontier crew cab.

I would like to upgrade the radio to have the following:

* navigation, with a decent size screen

* HD radio

*cd player

*ipod connection

*clock

any suggestions?

Well I was using a Pioneer DVIC-2.  Wasn't too bad, but my motor failed for the screen adjust. 

I would check out www.crutchfield.com and see what they have.  The DVIC-3 is nice unless you don't want something that big.

Any double din system will work, find the one you like in your price range.  I did installs for 11 years, my first choice would be Pioneer... however work is slow so I picked up an Eclipse with the Ipod adaptor off Ebay for $300.  Couldn't pass it up!
