I agree with Lakota.  But here's a trick I have used very successfully for squealing belts for years.  It has worked on friend's vehicles even when a dealer threw up their collective hands.  
Get some SILICONE dielectric grease.  DO NOT use petroleum based grease.  Apply small babs on the ribbed side (or the V side) of the belt at about 6-10 locations, making sure it goes across all the ribs.  Turn the engine on and let it idel for a minute.  This will coat the inside of the belt and keep it from squealing.  Don't put any on the ouside of a serpentine belt or the tensioner may slip past it's tension point!
