OK guys.  Here we go again.  I did some research on it and was wondering if anyone has used those wheel spacers to correct offset?  I found a set that I like that have a +17 offset and I was wondering if I could put a 1/2" spacer, 12.7 mm, for a total of almost +30.  I got from here that the offset should be from +25 to +35 to work.  According to the information I found explaining offset, this should pose no problems for fitment.  I am going with a +2 wheel upgrade to 18" and I will have tires that are the exact diameter as the stockers so in theory I should have no clearance issues.  I just wanted to pull from ya'lls experience before I make a mistake on the advice of the wheel shop guy.
