scam scam scam!!! do not buy into it!!! 50psi tire pressure is 50 psi tire pressure, regardless of which gas you have in it. Nitrogen leaks out of tires more slowly than regular air, and (in theory) gives you ***absolutely marginally*** better gas mileage if you do not REGULARLY check your tire pressure as the tire pressure stays where it should be for a longer period of time. Save your money...check your tire pressure monthly like you're supposed to, and fill with free air from the gas station compressor.

Anybody that took general chem and studied the gas laws knows that using pure nitrogen is a scam. After all, air is over 80% nitrogen. And the amount of oxygen in air does NOT oxidize the inside of your tire. Save your money!!

Ok so suppose you have nitro tires and then you notice a tire is low. Are you going to go back to the dealer/tireshop and get more nitro or will you go to the corner gas station to get free air? My guess is that you will get free air. Besides, no tire warranty I am aware of lasts more than 6 years. Also back in the day we had bias ply tires, we used free air, and tires lasted 6+ years (depending on how many annual miles you went). What is the point of nitro tires when you add air from your own 12V pump? Makes no sense if you ask me.
