Hi all, I'm the proud new owner of an 06 Frontier (4x4, 6
speed, Crew Cab, 4.0 Liter). I just installed a Volant
CAI thanks to different member discussions on the subject
of CAI.

After the installation of my CAI I'm noticing a lag when
I'm getting on it. This lag occurs in all
gears. I can feel a steady build of power and
acceleration up until my rpm's are around the 3750 mark.
Could someone advise if this is normal governor action,
or am I sitting on a real problem?

Sorry if this has been answered in another post, I looked
around before posting but couldn't find anything when
searching.

Thanks for everyone's help.
