My 99 frontier is having a power loss/miss at low speed and sporadic.
Smells of gas. Codes read said Mass Air Sensor Replaced and cleared codes.
Check engine light again just say multi-cylinder failure. Runs out good at 60
and above. Any ideas?

When was the last time it had a tune up, replaced all the spark plugs. a bad coil could give you problems across all cylinders, or a bad distrubitor cap.

Cap and rotor are a good idea, but most likely you have some plug wires shorting to ground. Try spraying them with some water to verify. Use Genuine Nissan wires, cap and rotor.

Thanks guys will check it out. Got up this morning, no check engine light on but rough idle. I have plugs need to get wires and cap and rotor! Power sucks and so does Gas Mileage!

Also check sparkplug too while you are replacing the wire, my almost 20 years old Toyota doing funny things so i replace both ! it much better ,i don't have truck anymore it been wreck since aug 2009 .
