Hey there first time posting, I'm at my wits end and hoping someone
can helpme out. For the last couple of months when I make a right
hand turn my overhead lights flicker on. And then today my driverside
window would not go up! I don't know if these problems are caused by
the same electrical issue or not. If anyone is having similar issues and
or knows a solution let me know. Thanks

sounds like the wiring harness for your driver's door is frayed and shorting to ground.

You should see a rubber sleeve inbetween the front portion of the door and the vehicle itself when you open up the door.  This sleeve should just pull out from the door and body.  You can slid it along the wires and check to see if any insulation stripped away, or damaged wires.

First off, it helps to know what truck! Second, possibly a door is out of adjustment causing the door switch to turn on the overhead lites. Try banging on the door panel while holding the window switch in the up position to see if it will work. And as already mentioned, possible wiring concern in the door hinge area.
