Has anyone had their Body Control Module (BCM) burn out?
The heat in the south has been in the 100's recently so
any heat generated from the motor can't really cool outside
of the coolant system during the day. I have a 2007
Frontier ex-cab 4x4, 4.0. Even though it is so hot I can't
believe my BCM would burn out at 44,000 miles. I bought a
Nissan for the fact that they (usually) last a few 100,000
miles.

More than from the heat, it is usually all electrical concern that destroys them. On second thought, the BCM is inside the vehicle if memory serves me correctly.
