They all do it. It seems after they have been sat in for
awhile it goes away. Try also changing the angle of the
seat back and make sure the seat belt buckle isn't hitting
the door pillar. It helps if you have a "heavy duty" wife,
my seat quit doing it soon after she sat in it a few
times!!!!
Certain years had a TSB that instructed to add a counter
weight to the seat back to eliminate this concern. Not sure
on the '11, check w/ your dealer.
