i have 2000 frontier crew 3.3 v6.  The truck started running rough, tach jumps and cuts out at high rpm.  it will even stall out.  It doesn't do this until it has warmed up and run for about 20 minutes.  I checked the codes and I get a PO325 knock sensor code.  Can a bad Knock sensor cause all of this?  it almost acts like it has a rev limiter at high RPM.

Mass air flow sensor?  Mine was bad, causing the truck to run rough and stall out at low RPM, and "buck" @ higher RPM's.   When the sensor was tapped with your hand, the truck would sputter and stall out.....
