Hello all,
I've got a 2005 Frontier SE, 4wd six speed manual. The cruise control
turns on and off without issue. The problem arises when I try to set
the speed. It never works the first time I try to set it... In fact I have to
hit 'set' a bunch of times before it actually sets. When it does set, it
quickly shuts itself off. I do this a number of times, each time the CC
stays on longer until finally it works as advertised. Does anyone have
any ideas about what might cause this and a possible solution?

Possible master switch, maybe something has been spilled on
it at one time or another. Try adjusting your brake and
ASCD switches at the brake and clutch pedals.
