About one month ago my gas guage or level sensor went ont he fritz.  Sometimes when I fill up, it shows dead empty.  After I drive 100 miles or so, it goes back to normal (1/4 tank down which is usual).

 

Any thoughts?

2007 V6 VQ40DE?  Not sure of the engine code numbers, but it;s the 2007 V6, 265 HP motor.
