Just registered been a long time stalker for my 2004
frontier. Anyhow I was doing front and rear brakes along
with rotors today and I cant seem to get the from brake
auto hub back on without it making a clicking noise. I
think it may be from that o spring that holds on the very
front piece. Any advice?

Once installed, rotate the axle by hand to see if the hub
disengages/ or engages. Once engaged, spin the wheel in the
opposite direction to disengage. Not sure what spring you
are referring to????

It was a round spring going over the plastic clip, I ended
up breaking a tab off of and have to order another before I
used the 4wd. I did however get the new brakes and rotors
on atleast.
