My 2007 Frontier's gas gauge suddenly went haywire. When I fill the tank the gauge indicates empty, and the low fuel warning light gets activated. Later, after a day or so, the gas gauge reads correctly. But until the gauge gets to about 2/3 full the Service Enginle Light stays on. The Service Engine Light goes out once the fuel gauge indicates half a tank. What's going on with my truck? It runs great otherwise......

Go to the dealer. There should be an extended warranty on this.

The sending unit in the tank is bad. There is an EXTENDED special warranty on this and your 2007 should be covered. Call the dealer and speak to the service manager.
