I have a 2005 crew cab and found a deal on Craigslist for a set of nerf bars. The problem is that they are for an extended cab truck.

I don't think they will fit my crew cab. Am I correct on this? I have looked online and all the nerf bar makers that I have researched use different part/item numbers for the two different body styles.

Just wanted to confirm this. It is a great deal too.
