I reinstalled my transmission last night, and afterward attempted to bleed the clutch. I have zero pressure, and no return. My roommate says throwout bearing, but does not have a rationale. I don't want to take that sob back out to find out though. Thoughts?\

PS- In hindsight, the extra $600 for R/R would have been worth it. What a nightmare.

..

I've never done a Nissan but on an 89 Chevy 350 4x4 I had to pump fluid in at the bottom. We could not get the air out by bleeding at the bottom and filling at the top. I used a pump action type oil squirt can with the proper fluid to fill the line up without air.

Good Luck.. Don S..

If memory serves me correct, there is a dampener on the
pass side firewall with a bleeder screw that needs to be
bled. Did the clutch pedal get depressed when everything
was apart by some chance??? The master and slave cylinders
may have failed also. What was the original concern?
