Hi, I have a 2005 frontier. While I was away, my friend tried to jump it. I believe that she switched the jumper cables unknowingly. It is now completely dead. I bought a new battery but the car still has absolutely no power whatsoever. We checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem may be? Could it have fried the wiring? Or is there some sort of lock that the truck goes into after the cables are mixed?

Which fuses did you check? There's some in the engine bay
as well.

Check the fusible links at the battery positive terminal.
It has also been known to blow the main fuse in the IPDM
E/R and worse case scenario, fries the ECU!!
