Automatic transmissions like engines have an optimum or designed operating temperature as does the lubricating/cooling oil used in them. In cold climates it takes a while for the oil to get up to proper temperature.
I don’t think the servos like cold oil and the transmission oil doesn’t like to be hot. 180 to 200 degrees should be a good temperature for both.
