Hello my Nismo developed a wine in the rear end, inside axle

i was told by nissan it will cost me $3999.00 has any one experience

this before my truck have 101K is there anyone have one for sale? please

help this sound on the rear is getting louder by the day it started at 75MPH

went down to 60MPH now at any speed as sonn as i get to six speed wines

inside cabin loud. any help is appreciated
