When shifting into either 4WD Low or High, the fuse in the
panel labeled "meter" blows. It calls for a 10 amp fuse. I
just bought the truck a couple of months ago and the guy I
bought it from had a 20 amp fuse where the 10 amp should
be. The 20 amp blew today. The odometer goes blank also and
it wont crank back up if you turn the truck off, unless you
put it into 2WD High.

No schematic - No clue as to where to start looking.

I'd almost say your 4wd light on the dash has a short to ground.

I'd say to try and find a wiring schematic for your truck and start off at the fuse block.  There's some links for FSMs in the problems/tech section.
