racer, I am a new owner of an 2011 Frontier crewcab, and
I am going to say no to your question, and the reason is
this:

I have read on this forum, other forums, and car
enthusiast websites ( Edmunds, etc) that the Nissan
Frontier was TOTALLY redesigned for the 2005 model year,
and that redesign continues today in the 2011 and even
the 2012 model.....they are the same as 2005.

The 2004 Frontier was the last year of the old body
style, which dates back to the 1998 model year.

Bottom line: the 2005- current Frontier is substantially
bigger than the 2000-2004 Frontier so my educated guess
is this: 2004 taillights will not fit on your 2006
Frontier.
