im no expert. but i remember reading somewhere something about using cams from a maxima or 300z maybe to gain a few hp.

is this possible?

it'll be an older Maxima with a VG30E. newer 300zx won't
work because they use a VG30DE motor. It would be the old
80s models, but those use a VG30ET motor. Pretty sure the
cam grind on those would give a you a different effect than
what you want.

Personally I'd just buy a Stage 1 from jim wolf technology.
