So im planning to go with a 2" lift for my 2012 PRO-4X since I cant
find a 3" lift anywhere

Well anyway just wondering if ill be able to clear 285/75-16 tires w/
stock rims on a 2" lift

go 5 inch lol calmini or ac go big or go home. you have
265 now correct? if so you should be able to. i doubt you
will need a spacer. trimming im not sure but thoes are some
pretty big wheel openings you should be ok
