first of all welcome to the group, as far as "needed" and recommended mods for your truck....they are kinda like opinions and rectal openings....if you know that saying. all depends on what you are gonna use the truck for and what you are into as well. obviously, the most common are the intake/exhaust for most people. opinions vary there as stated before. just have to kinda hunt around and see what you like and what you are willing to spend, welcome again.
