Well, I finally got my truck 05 Frontier CC LE, it is my first Nissan and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I have driven a lot of trucks and well they simply can't hold a candle to this one, Nissan did a great job.

Welcome and glad you love it.  So what's your plan for the first mod?

Well, I have considered the banks exhaust system and I have installed a K&N air filter, wanted the cold air intake, but low maintenance is the best in my book, so the basic K&N will do for know.

My younger brother has a 2004 s/c frontier KC 4X4 and well I can toast him effortlessly, so it has enough horsepower for now, do you have any suggestions for mods?

Well I would suggest a upgraded exhaust system, then maybe a topper or bed cover.  The bed cover will allow you to have a higher top end, and give you better gas mileage if cruising down the highway.  Plus you can also have the option of being able to lock stuff up in the bed.

Have you heard what the top end should be for the 05 4.0 liter?

I read a few articles from this site and have seen that the top speeds seem to vary, I think that it is probably the driver, but I could be wrong... I have had mine up to 125 and then let off as that seemed to be excessive and well the tires are not speed rated for 125+MPH although the engine felt like it had plenty of juice left.

So would you suggest dual exhaust, or if not what type of exhaust system?

Considering you're not going for top fueler performance.  Anything that you think sounds good.  you could do dual, or single.  Makes no difference but looks and sound.
