My name is Frank Trozzo, I am a home shop machinist from Brevard, NC.  I have been making and selling products on Ebay for 6 years.  I have powerseller status with 100% feedback and a 4.9 out of 5.0 satisfaction rating.  I recently entered into the Intake manifold spacer arena and would like to fabricate and market a spacer for the frontier 2005-2010 2nd gen build 4.0L engine, at a very reasonable price.

After researching the history of this product I've concluded there are a few inconsistencies.  So I want to enter into the market slowly and sell a few parts to knowledgeable  enthusiasts who can install and examine the fit to make sure it's right before I start making production runs.

I currently have one listed on Ebay and have ran three production copies.  I know the fit is close, but can't see the reasoning behind certain dimensions.  I'm hoping to recruit some tech support and do not expect to get it for free.  I'll be happy offer rebates for technical help. I'd also like to purchase a complete manifold assembly for fitment purposes. Anyone out there have one, please contact me.

Other than that, I'd like to just say, Hey, to all the members and hope to have an enjoyable experience producing this part because it seems to be something that a lot of guys want.

It would be great if you could cut a groove for the rubber gasket to mimic the one in the manifold as opposed to making a paper gasket as stated in your eBay add. Other than that, great looking piece of work.
