Just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Jonathan and I'm in North Carolina and just bought my first Nissan Frontier--well, first truck period. It's a 2011 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SV (White). So far my only question is why did it take me so long to buy a truck! I love it. I looked at the bigger trucks like Titan and F150's, etc., but I have a small garage and also I don't need a V8 engine, so the Frontier crew was a perfect fit. I look forward to being a member on this forum.

Welcome to the group!

I like white. Other colors in Texas make for extra heat in vehicles. The more you keep your truck out of the weather and sun the longer it will last.

Congrats on the purchase! I bought my first Frontier and first truck 2 days
after Christmas, just over 3 months ago. I've been a Nissan car owner for the
last 9+ years, and my poor old car let me down for the last time the day after
Christmas, so I went to buy something with a small truck in mind and ended
up with a good used '04 Frontier with 46,000+ miles on it and have simply
loved it.

Here in Oklahoma in February we had record snowfalls and the 4WD in my
Frontier really came in handy. If I would have had my car that died on me
just 2 months before, I would've been stuck at home like most everyone else
was!

Congrats! I also bought mt first truck ever, a frontier of
course, and love it. Got the 07 crew cab se 4x4. Good luck

I too brought my first frontier it 2003 with new engine i was told that other engine was recall at 34,000 back 2004 the truck had with round 100,500 so engine is round 20 or 30,000 less mile the od shows !
