... With the exception of a small amount of extra noise my BFG AT 31x10.50x15 make my ‘99 4x4 V-6 KC se is almost as quiet as the wife’s new ‘08 Camry LE. I noticed my Frontier has insulation between the interior panels and the outside sheet metal.
... There is a pressure relief valve on each side between the cab and the bed. Check and see that they are in good condition, if open they would let a little noise in. These valves open and close when the doors are shut.
