Does anyone out there have some dimensions of the space available under the rear seats of an '06 Crew Cab?  I know people sell premade boxes to fit, but I have extra MDF and want to make a box for two 10's and want to lose as little space as possible (.3cuft each / .6 cuft total).  of course i could measure and figure out something myself, but anything to make it easier would be cool.

Thanks in advance. . oh, and this is my first post  yippie.

Remove the rear passenger side bin.

Stay within those dimensions.  No sweat.

ahhh, simplicity.  well, unfortunately i always complicate things.  i made a spreadsheet with dimensions and volumes and a layout with cut sheets. ..  .i think it will be possible to get a .65 cuft box for two tens, but it'll be a tight squeeze.  also, i don't know how much space i'll be able to clear out around the subs to let the sound out. . .downfiring straight into the floor carpet or up into the seats.

i'll post up some pics and details when i get 'em finalized.

thanks for the vote of confidence

as for the sugar bowl. . .i went to georgia tech, so my college football interests ended long ago.  years ago, actually lol.

later,
