has anyone been able to fit a sub or a few into the 02 frontier cc lb?
if so what have you done and where is the box?

i talked to local audio shops and the cost to custom make a box is like 600$ with parts/labor. is there a cheaper alternative to this? like making it my self?

thanks

I'm in the process of putting two tens in an '06 crew cab.  i'm removing the passenger side storage bin and then just trying to fit the biggest box possible.

i'm not sure if the '02 area under the back seat is the same, but just go out and start measuring the space. . .or you could contact supercrewsound and let them make it for you.  they don't charge anywhere near $600.

i chose to build one myself because i've made a few in the past and had the extra MDF leftover.  see sounddomain.com or the12volt.com or search "diy box building" for info on making your own.

good luck.  see my other post, i'll try to post updates and pics of my progress.

later,

b
