Is it possible to disable the cargo bed light from automatically coming on every time the door opens? Want to just make it a manual switch. '05 Frontier King Cab

well anything is possible when i comes to electrical you will just have to find out how its all wired in.

Welcome to the group!

In the older models there is a switchbutton in the doorsill down low. You could screw mount a small bracket to keep it depressed. Then you could capture the wires and add a manual switch.

The folding light in the ceiling of my '99 has a three way switch to control varyous modes of operation. I've never look inside of a 05-08 Frontier.

I have 2012 Frontier. Is there a way to disable the cargo light from automatically coming on?
