SERVICE INFORMATION If one or both of the following conditions exist in a 1990-1997 Truck, 1998-2000 Frontier, or 2000 Xterra with KA24 Engine, water may have entered the distributor assembly: Condition 1: The MIL is "On" with Misfire (P0300 to P0304) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) stored in the ECM as a result of moisture in the distributor. Condition 2: Driveability incidents as a result of moisture in the distributor occur.
