Help!

So I was driving my 02 Frontier XE the other day and the service engine soon light came on.  There is absolutely no change in how the vehicle runs or drives.  Anyways,  I borrowed my friends OBDII diagnostic tool and got several codes simultaneously:

0328 - Knock Sensor 1 Circuit High Input Bank 1 or 1 Sensor
0455 - EVAP Emission Control System Leak (Large)
P1148 -
Closed Loop Control (Bank 1)

P1448 - EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve (Open)

I cleared the faults and it varies as to when it reappears.  Sometimes it will be 2 hours, sometimes 2 weeks.  I would also like to reiterate that the truck runs exactly as it did before the light came on (other then it being on of course)  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

hmm... this a 4cyl or 6 cyl?  by the looks of it, it's like you have a leak somewhere in your EGR circuit.  It'll run the same because it just puts fuel rich exhaust back into the air circuit to be burned some more.  Honesty i would check the canister vent first to if you're dumping there.  It's hard to say without the truck in front of me.  The knock sensor just picks up early detonations because of low grade fuel igniting from pressure instead of the spark plug.  An exhaust leak from the manifold might cause it to send a signal as well, but that's stretching it.

Take it to your dealer and have them do an active test on the VCV to see if it is operating. Most likely stuck open. P0328 as long as the harness is OK, you need a knock sensor.  P1148 front O2 sensor bank 1 is open-shorted-or the heater is defective. None of these codes refer to an EGR concern.
