I have a 98 frontier. I have put fuel treatments change ERG and crank positioning sensor. I have not checked plugs. The truck is running rough when it heats up. I bogs down when I have it wide open and then when I let off it goes again. Timeing chain has been redone, injectors, and much more. So I don't know where else to go. I am afraid the the oil that I am finding in the third cylinder is affecting the tuck.

do a compression test on the motor. Next while the truck warms up pull the plug wire off the 3rd cylinder and hear if the motor changes in tune. Than do a spark test while the motor is up to temp

I would have honestly done the plugs first. could have saved you a lot of time.
