 i have an 02 nissan frontier v6 s/c. the a/c has been cuting off and on but the light would stay on. so i tried to jump the tca and i think i pop a fuse. after i did this the a/c light hasnt came on. i check all the fuses in the cab and under the hood and they are all good. cant seem to find out what is wrong. any info will help.

There are 4 fuses #19 = 15 amp
                            #24 = 15 amp
                            #6   = 20 amp  These 3 are located in the fuse panel inside the vehicle.
                            #35 = 7.5 amp in the fusible link box under the hood.
Should have just replaced the TCA. Lots of info on this site for the TCA.

i wanted to but my dad was wanting to do this to make sure it was the problem before i wasted my money... where is the fuse located under the hood exactly....

There should be a label either on the cover or inside the cover, if not, check them all with a test lite or meter. If that doesn't work out, give me an e-mail address and I'll send a diagram.
