So I love my Nissan Frontier and It makes me Happy, but I
had a freak accident! I was pulling up to my house
and the truck was running as normal, no problems what so
ever! As i was getting out I forgot to pull the Parking
Break and the truck rolled back and caught 1st and then
when i treid to start it, it wouldnt start. It sounded
as it had no compression. So Im assuming it's the timimg
chain or something around there. So we took of the valve
cover and seen that the paint marks on the chain did not
match up to the marks on the gears. So what im looking
for are suggerstion and a guide to change the timimg
chain's because there are two. Please any help would be
great. Thanks in Advance. Great Site BTW!

#1 it would be a random chance that the marks would line
up!!! With every revolution the marks "travel". I don't
recall the number of revolutions before the marks line up
again, but it is a lot. This is because the marks are not
directly opposite each other, you will see what I am saying
if you take it apart. I would definitely seek professional
help if you have never had one apart.
