Ok I have searched a lot and cant find the problem im having. 2005 frontier nismo crew.I'll start the truck and sometimes all is good. other times i start it and the 4wd light comes on and the 2/4wheel engagement pic is blank. If i try to go its like the brakes are on and the truck barely will get going. it will get going finally but its got no power. any ideas where to start?

Get your battery checked, possible low voltage causing
concerns. Possible IPDM E/R, among many other
possibilities.

Battery tested good, new IPDM installed, new cam position sensor, new a/f sensors. All with in the last two weeks.

Thing I dont get is why does it act like the brakes are on when I try to pull out. But then get up to speed they dont seem to be on. but it still lacks power. hard to get the codes read when it wont go. Im afraid to ruin something running it like that, to go get the codes read.

Having same issues with my Nissan frontier 2006, 4wd drive light coming on and my display going blank but i am still able to engage four wheel drive with no problem. However it does not feel like the brakes are engaged like Tundrapounder's problems.
