When I start the truck (2012 Frontier v6) a lot of water drips out from the rear of the muffler. This is when it's cold and just warming up and I know getting moisture out is normal. On most cars I am used to seeing water come out the tailpipe. But on this truck it's all coming out at the end of the muffler on the seam, not the pipe or tail pipe that comes next.

The truck is less than a year old and I'm seeing some early signs of corrosion.

So I'm wondering if this is normal or if I might have a loose connection or a leak right there?

..

I have seen drain holes in many mufflers. The muffler on my '99 Frontier is the

original one and drained water the last time I warmed it up.

Hopefully yours is OK.. Don S..
