I was driving along and the engine quit then quit later then quit again. A local shop looked into it and found the outstanding relay recall issue on 2006 Frontiers. Servicing the relay issue ended up blowing the headlight signal source from the power module (IDPM) and now the IDPM needs replacement. I currently have the 'white' face to the power module which is an older problem one and it needs to be swapped with the improved 'black' faced model. To make a long story short my questions are. Is the swap out relatively straight forward? There's no way I'll do it myself but can an experienced reputable shop handle the swap? Here's hoping someone here has been there and done that. Thanks in advance.

I would go to the dealer for an IPDM concern. May have
other issues also.
