I have a 2006 Nissan Frontier 6 speed with 67,000 miles. It just recently
started to not accelerate correctly while in low gears... Super slow and
sluggish. The RPMs go high but it does't move. At highway speeds its fine.
No codes show up and I already cleaned the MAFS and the throttle body.
Ideas??
Thank you!

Sounds to me like the clutch is slipping. How did you clean
the throttle body and did you do the IAVL procedure
afterwards?
