Hey guys,

I want to fabricate an exhaust system for my 06 Frontier, any suggestions on the size?

Are you planning on a true dual set up? Or a single

For a single
2" or 2.25" I.D. mandrel bent should flow well enough for the 4.0L. If you use crush bends I'd recommend 2.5"

hey u can start with a set of headers from JBA Exhaust!

http://www.jbaexhaust.com

this would make it easier for u to start with new pipe from them all the way back.
