The motor in my 2003 nissan frontier recently locked up. So i purchased a low milage engine that came out of a 2003 Xterra. The seller (morrisrose auto) assured me that it would fit but certain things had to be swapped off mine. Does anyone know exactly what it is????

If not sure, it is best to get them side by side and look them over real good for a comparison.

Next question. Frontier guy!! Do you know the part number for the front catalytic converter? Mine are all one piece instead of bolting on they are part of the manifold. And i really dont want to have to pay the price of 500 bucks a pop from the dealer. I already have ALOT of money in this. All 4 cats and o2 sensors are bad

How many miles on your vehicle? The cats are warranted for 8yrs/80K miles. You need the cats that are part of the manifold and the cats in the front tubes, correct? As far as I know, dealer is your best bet unless you can find an aftermarket supplier.

yes that is correct. I have been searching aftermarket suppliers but without a part number for it they say they cant find it. They can find the ones that bolt to the manifold but not the ones that are part of it. Seems like a pretty common thing and i can find them for almost every vehicle except for mine it seems. I have the new rear converters but cant find the front.
