Hello I have a 2000 Frontier CC /with short bed. All full stock, nothing has been done to it besides the normal maintenance. I would like to know if there is a comparable 5 speed automatic tranny, that I can use to replace the actual 3 speed /OD with?
Your help is very much appreciated.

Mario,
Congratulations on your outstanding mileage ! That is
impressive !
I can't imagine that you will find a 5 spd Nissan auto
that will fit into the transmission space for your 3.3L.
I just don't see how you will ever get the gas savings or
whatever that could justify the trouble and expense you
would go through.
You would be better off just going out and buying a used
Nissan Frontier with the 5 spd auto.
My 2 cents.

Thank you so much for your reply. I dont see myself getting another P/U any time soon. I am happy with this one... Just the mpg are a bit hard.....
1/4 of a mill miles is not that much for a truck like this one. There is something to the feeling of knowing that your truck will crank up when you turn the key. I want to make it to 1/2 mill.
Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to reply....
No static at all.....
I also like Steely Dan.....
