My bed is Fading after only 3 days of having
it. Is there any TSB on it. Should I take it
the dealer??

Titans are having the same problems and if they take it back to the dealer, they will rhino line them. I would take it back and see what they say.

I have a 05 I`ve had for about a month and no bed problem because it was faded looking when I got ot so I washed it out and sprayed some off that stuff to make tires shine it the bed and now a just keep an eye on it and it`s not faded again yet !

Here it is Feb 3 '07 and I just caught this thread. I have an early...like, first day of '06 production... '06 crew cab and the chalky 'staining' in the factory sprayed-on bedliner showed up at around three months of age. Right, if you spray ArmorAll on it the stain disappears---until you wash it. It's gotten to be about a foot square in the year and three months I've had this dynamite truck. I mentioned it to my Nissan service manager, and he said that Nissan has come up with a kit that fixes it without having to cook off the original install, something I really didn't want to have done anyway. He tells me it's hard to get. I advised him that I will have 32K on it next month, and I want to bring it in for all the fluids to be changed...he promised that he'll have the kit by then, and it's covered under warranty to 36K miles. It will be the first thing I've ever had fixed under warranty...the only extra money I've ever spent on this beast is 91 octane food, all the time. It's worth every penny

To each his own on the fuel, if you are happy, that is all that matters, tests
show you don't get anymore power, but that is still cool if it makes you
happy. I am glad you are getting the bed fixed...I wouldn't want mine
cooked off either...good luck, let us know if you are happy with your result.
I completely agree with you, these trucks are great...

On the fuel, the '06 owner's manual specifically states (not in these exact words) that for improved vehicle performance, fuel having a minimum of 91 octane should be used as opposed to that having a min. 87 octane. Like you, I've always been suspicious of the supposed extra benefit of premium fuel. However, in my experience with this engine---equipped, as it is, with the impressive technology of variable intake valve timing---regular fuel works fine but at full throttle, when the valves advance as the revs go higher, the boost of acceleration I feel using premium reminds me of a turbo kicking in. At least, it does with the six-speed. That, to me, is entertainment.
Replying to the post saying that the dealer won't fix the chalky section of the bedliner under warranty---why not? What was their reason for not covering you? How many miles were on your truck when you asked about it? Had you ever seen the dealer since the sale? You have options here. Get back to me.

Mine also. about 3100rpm I can feel an extra boost of power but its the 03 3.3
