dannyg here noe you say glass pack do mean a cherry bomb my name for them little red rocket. IF it is dyno max makes a neat mufflers turbo style. Exhaust is tricky to help someone with check some other turbo style muffler dynomax, cherrybomb makes some you might need a glass pack tip to help on the tone but they are almost the samr price of mufflers. Have you checked out summit racing or jegs there are other style of mufflers out there One more check the websites of the muffler copminies. Rember your 6 is not gonna sound like an eight

Too bad Ravin went out of business they sound awesome with VG motors.  I have one on my 90 Maxima... and trying to make it last as long as possible.  I think that thing gets more attention during a wash than anything else.

I would try magnaflow or flowtech.

What size of tips do you have?  If you have small they'll make it sound a little raspy.  Some nice big tips will give it a deeper tone.  I'm talking 3.5"x12" tips.  Also remember that the smaller the muffler you get, the louder it will be.

I have a Flowtech Redhot on my 2.8L Camaro, it didn't change the tone any (no muffler before that) but it did quiet it down.  Have a muffler shop pull of your glasspack and see if you like the sound.  If you do, imagine it slightly quieter and that's what the redhot will give you... LOL.
